From Ocktober fest to Halloween

Every Columbus day there is an Ocktober fest celebration in Harvard Square. There is a Honkfest in which more than 40 alternative brass bands descend on Somerville's Davis Square and march down Massachussets Ave. Shuntavi loves Honkfest. She got all dressed up to go, and she danced a lot on her daddy's shoulders.




This is the month for costumes. Shuntavi didn't realize that her new house is in the central trick-or-treat location for Cambridge. Hundreds of kids came by the house--our neighbor lost count at 180. Here is Shuntavi the clown with her mom and her close friend Rosa and her mom Jeannie. Rosa, who was dressed as a dog, stated "touch me Shuntavi."

They have a lot of fun together.
